DELIVERY
If we receive your online order before noon Monday to Friday, we will try to despatch it the same day: otherwise it will be despatched the next day wherever possible and subject to demand. WE DO NOT SUPPLY CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE EUROPE.
Delivery charges given below are preferential rates for online orders only. Postal, fax & telephone orders incur higher delivery charges. All delivery charges except UK postage are subject to VAT
Shipping within UK Mainland (excluding Highlands & Islands)
Delivery is by Interlink parcel service, providing delivery up to 5.p.m. on the day after despatch (not Saturdays). You will receive an e-mail confirming despatch. We will not progress deliveries with Interlink until the day after the expected delivery date if delivery has not been made. If you need goods for a specific installation date please order them with several days to spare in case exceptional circumstances preclude next day delivery or a timed delivery. Please do not book an electrician for installation based on next day delivery or a timed delivery in case such exceptional delays occur.

Delivery to UK Highlands & Islands and Ireland is by Interlink 3 day parcel service, providing delivery up to 5.p.m. on any weekday. We will not progress deliveries with the carrier until 7 days after the expected delivery date if delivery has not been made. If you need goods for a specific installation date please order them with several days to spare in case exceptional circumstances preclude normal delivery.

Delivery to other European countries is by 3-5 day parcel service, providing delivery up to 5.p.m. on any weekday.
