| Downlights are garden lights designed for fixed downward lighting, which makes them more compact than adjustable wall spotlights. Fixed downlighting is possible from a wall or pillar to provide a decorative "grazing" down brick and stone surfaces, and from pergola beams and other structures to provide lighting around a patio or over a seatin g area. Hanging downlights can provide outdoor lighting from trees as well as hanging from a pergola. Exterior downlights are available as 12v models for operation with a remote transformer or for 240 volt operation for direct connection to mains voltage cabling |
